HR Policy Manual – Version 1.0

It gives us immense pleasure to share the Company’s e-HR Policy Manual.

The policy manual is designed to act as a ready reference when you seek information.

This manual is applicable to all grades of employees of VNR Seeds Private Limited.
It creates a good understanding of the organization’s structure, rules, culture, policies and processes.
It ensures that the employees are aware of the benefits and services provided by the organization.
The policies are rules governing the company’s code of conduct.
The policies shall provide a framework and guidelines to the employees.
The company reserves the right to interpret, modify, revise, supplement, or rescind any policies or portion of manual from time to time as it deems appropriate.
Such revisions may be made at the company’s sole discretion and may be made with or without prior notice.
The content of the HR Manual should not be distributed to any external person/ agencies outside the company.
The company restricts the act of downloading, copying or saving the contents of the manual, it being copyright material. It is only for the purpose of employee’s understanding and viewing.
Introduction of new policies and amendment/s to old policy shall be uploaded as and when released.
Any duplication and re-issue of the material contained here-in would be construed as an infringement and violation of our confidentiality policy.

As we go along, we shall keep improvising all the policies and processes keeping the employees and company’s interest in mind.
