Objective
The ID card Policy states the importance of ID card display and the effective policy for the same.
- ID card is the authorised card sized document that proves employee’s identification and establishes relation with company as an employee.
- The ID card issued by HR is to be displayed while on duty in office premises and during field visits by all employees.
- The ID card also contains the emergency contact number and blood group which maybe required in case of any mishap.
Replacement/Loss/Submission of ID card
- ID card replacement on loss/theft shall be issued based on deduction of Rs.100/- from the salary. In such cases the employee has to provide an application for duplicate ID card.
- ID card replacement request due to damage will be processed post verification of damage and no charges shall be deducted from the employees.
- On separation, the employee has to submit the ID card to HR or else Rs.500/- shall be deducted from the Full and Final settlement.
