Confirmation Policy

Objective

This policy informs about the confirmation process of the company.

  • This Policy is applicable for all employees upto Grade M3.
  • The probation period for probationers shall be six months from the date of joining.
  • The trainees would be confirmed on completion of one year in the organisation.
  • The confirmation will be done through online confirmation assessment process in ESS.
  • The confirmation assessment shall be done by immediate reporting manager through ESS, with review facility available for reviewer and HOD.
  • The assessment form shall be available 15 days prior to the confirmation due date of the team member.
  • If the performance is not found satisfactory, the confirmation maybe extended for a period of 3 months.
  • HR shall issue the confirmation letter communicating to the employee about his status on completion of Probation/Training period.
  • The evaluation criterion for confirmation is based on the Personality Attributes Assessment and Key Result Areas (KRAs). Confirmation Rating is auto calculated based on overall assessment.
  • The confirmation rating shall be displayed to the reporting managers during first appraisal in the PMS module of ESS, for better performance tracking and assessment.
