Business Verticals

The organisation structure is aligned into 2 verticals based on the major crop segments of the company ; Field Crop and Vegetable Crop.

Departments

The various Departments or functions are grouped as business functions and support functions. The support functions provide support to all business functions.

  • The entitlements of employees for various purposes are linked to the grades in the policies.
  • On Promotion, the employee would be progressing to the next higher grade.
