We have identified a few cases in which no readings or incorrect odometer readings were being picked, resulting in delayed updation.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Here are a few examples where the above situation is likely to occur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Single odometer picture uploaded for a day or odometer reading of an old date uploaded at a later date. In both cases the system will not pick the readings accurately. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Same odometer picture uploaded in both opening & closing tab for a day. The total km in such cases are auto-picked as zero.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Picture of the odometer is unclear. In such cases, the km is often auto-picked as zero or 999.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Multiple bills are attached in a single entry under the 2W\/4W head. In such cases, the readings will not be auto-picked by the system. Accordingly, it is necessary to only upload odometer pictures in the 2W\/4W head & all other bills in the ‘others’ <\/em>tab.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Multiple odometers are uploaded on the same date. In such cases, generally incorrect reading gets auto-picked. Therefore, on a given date, only 2 odometer pictures must be uploaded (opening & closing).  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is essential to avoid any mistakes while uploading the odometer readings in Xeasy to minimize the risk of errors. We encourage everyone to carefully follow the proper steps to ensure smooth and efficient processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
