{"id":19,"date":"2020-07-28T09:53:39","date_gmt":"2020-07-28T09:53:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vnrdev.in\/HR_Mannual\/?page_id=19"},"modified":"2023-01-19T04:38:54","modified_gmt":"2023-01-19T04:38:54","slug":"hr-manual","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vnrdev.in\/HR_Mannual\/","title":{"rendered":"INDEX"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignfull is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Dear Colleague,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It gives us immense pleasure to share the Company&#8217;s e-HR Policy Manual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The policy manual is designed to act as a ready reference when you seek information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This manual is applicable to all grades of employees of VNR Seeds Private Limited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It creates a good understanding of the organization\u2019s structure, rules, culture, policies and processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> It ensures that the employees are aware of the benefits and services provided by the organization. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The policies are rules governing the company&#8217;s code of conduct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The policies shall provide a framework and guidelines to the employees.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company reserves the right to interpret, modify, revise, supplement, or rescind any policies or portion of manual from time to time as it deems appropriate. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Such revisions may be made at the company\u2019s sole discretion and may be made with or without prior notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The content of the HR Manual should not be distributed to any external person\/ agencies outside the company. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company restricts the act of downloading, copying or saving the contents of the manual, it being copyright material.
