The various locations are also shared. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Business Verticals<\/strong> <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The organisation structure is aligned into 2 verticals based on the major crop segments of the company ; Field Crop and Vegetable Crop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Departments<\/strong> <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The various Departments or functions are grouped as business functions and support functions. The support functions provide support to all business functions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Research &amp; Development (R&amp;D)<\/li><li>Biotech Services (BTS)<\/li><li>Breeder Seed (BS)<\/li><li>Foundation Seed (FS)<\/li><li>Seed Production Research (SPR)<\/li><li>Product Development<\/li><li>Quality Assurance (QA)<\/li><li>Production<\/li><li>Processing <\/li><li>Sales<\/li><li>Marketing<\/li><li>Logistics<\/li><li>Finance<\/li><li>Human Resource (HR)<\/li><li>Information technology (IT)<\/li><li>Legal<\/li><li>Administration <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Grading Structure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The grading system gives a career progression direction to the employees in their respective verticals.<\/li><li>The entitlements of employees for various purposes are linked to the grades in the policies.<\/li><li>On Promotion, the employee would be progressing to the next higher grade.<\/li><li>The current grading system comprises of the given levels ;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Table 1.
