{"id":270,"date":"2020-11-25T07:08:36","date_gmt":"2020-11-25T07:08:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vnrdev.in\/HR_Mannual\/?page_id=270"},"modified":"2021-02-01T08:02:09","modified_gmt":"2021-02-01T08:02:09","slug":"confirmation-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vnrdev.in\/HR_Mannual\/confirmation-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Confirmation Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objective<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>This policy informs about the confirmation process of the company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>This Policy is applicable for all employees upto Grade M3.<\/li><li>The probation period for probationers shall be six months from the date of joining. <\/li><li>The trainees would be confirmed on completion of one year in the organisation.<\/li><li>The confirmation will be done through online confirmation assessment process in ESS. <\/li><li>The confirmation assessment shall be done by immediate reporting manager through ESS, with review facility available for reviewer and HOD. <\/li><li>The assessment form shall be available 15 days prior to the confirmation due date of the team member.<\/li><li>If the performance is not found satisfactory, the confirmation maybe extended for a period of 3 months.<\/li><li>HR shall issue the confirmation letter communicating to the employee about his status on completion of Probation\/Training period.<\/li><li>The evaluation criterion for confirmation is based on the Personality Attributes Assessment and Key Result Areas (KRAs).
