{"id":278,"date":"2020-11-25T08:59:27","date_gmt":"2020-11-25T08:59:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vnrdev.in\/HR_Mannual\/?page_id=278"},"modified":"2021-02-01T09:43:54","modified_gmt":"2021-02-01T09:43:54","slug":"id-card-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vnrdev.in\/HR_Mannual\/id-card-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"ID Card Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objective<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The ID card Policy states the importance of ID card display and the effective policy for the same. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ID card is the authorised card sized document that proves employee&#8217;s identification and establishes relation with company as an employee.<\/li><li>The ID card issued by HR is to be displayed while on duty in office premises and during field visits by all employees.<\/li><li>The ID card also contains the emergency contact number and blood group which maybe required in case of any mishap. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Replacement\/Loss\/Submission of ID card<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ID card replacement on loss\/theft shall be issued based on deduction of Rs.100\/- from the salary.
